Elly dokusuikou is a tengu , specifically a yamabushi tengu, who publishes newspapers and is rarely seen outside of her Natural Habitat

During the events of Subterranean Animism, Reimu Hakurei and Aya shameimaru briefly ran into another hashihime, named Elly. She was found sitting on rocks underneath Parsees bridge. could the two have been friends?. Aya, being a tenguboss (and wanting to find more people to do printwork), took her in. She thought her ability would be useful!

naturally because she is not a born tengu (rather she is like alice who grew strong enough to turn herself into a youkai) she is not the best at her job, but compared to other tengu, she works just fine.
